An introduction

The woman behind the screen, behind the products and behind the story is I, Kirsty Larcombe.
I started My Mind & Soul Originally in 2021 as a space where I could create and share mindset tips and practices, however I lost my confidence, got sidetracked and eventually dissolved the company. In 2025 I decided enough was enough and I needed to listen to the niggling thought of bringing My Mind & Soul back.
At the time I was freshly absorbed in learning about herbalism with the School of the Sacred Wild so naturally I was drawn to sharing my wisdom and excitement surrounding this. I started creating herbal tea blends, magnesium oil spray and some bath bombs, all things I was making, using and loving myself. I made a website, booked a pitch at a local farmers market and on the 1st February My Mind & Soul was officially out in the big wide world.

Check out my first ever stall compared with one towards the end of the year, the growth is real!
For the whole of 2025 I continued to do markets and events every single weekend, with my child in tow as featured in the first market picture. He was present for almost all of my markets, watching films, reading books and running around like a mad man (more of the latter than anything else!) but we somehow made it work, through lack of choice on both our parts I imagine. But we also had a lot of fun together and visited places and bought different things that we usually wouldn't.
I (we) are now settled in a unit based inside of East Point Pavilion, in Lowestoft, Suffolk. Its a fabulously bright space where I can handmake all of the products and sell them from my little hatch. You can even buy online and come down to collect your order if you are local and of course postage is available if needed using Royal Mail 48hr tracked. The unit has been a blessing for a better work/life balance and my house is no longer packed with products so we can finally eat up the table again (iykyk). I will still be doing a few markets each month too - see where here.
The Inspiration behind the brand
So My Mind & Soul is literally just that - a physical representation of my mind and soul.
As a child I had a turbulent time, clouded by suicidal thoughts from the age of 7, never fitting in or feeling whole and wondering why on earth I had been put on earth. I struggled with those feelings almost constantly until the age of 20 when I became a young, single mother. I had a new purpose now, one I knew would keep me here. It was never easy being a mother and it certainly is still not easy being a single mother 7 years later, it has always been a challenge. But that challenge has engaged my mind in growth time and time again. I am constantly exploring new ways to become a better version of myself, not only for my son and me but for humanity and the earth as a whole.
Over the years I've been absorbed in all forms of wellness, my favourite has always been reading self help books though. But you name it - I've tried it and if I haven't let me know because I want to! From Barefoot shoes, to fasting, powerlifting, Herbalism, Micro dosing, Meditation, Mindfulness, Journaling, Keto Diet, Counseling, EMDR, Breathwork, Vegan, Wholefood, Courses, Homeopathy, Manifestation, Gratitude, Vision boards (or a vision wall in my case) and more. And each year I've become a whole new version of myself entirely. Growth based learning has always been enjoyable for me. Though truth be told because I am human I have still have periods in my life where I struggle with low mood, which when you offer products that are designed to ease these symptoms, can be embarrassing! But we are always our own worst patients and following beneficial routines has never been my strong point. But I do believe that through trial and error I have found a lot of beneficial ways to benefit not only my own life but the lives of others too.
Plans for the future
Going forward I would like to return to mindset offerings alongside the products. I am also bringing back my children's books and Journals (both adult and child) and hope to expand the existing line of products, I keep being asked for Magnesium butter so that's definitely in the pipeline and I would love to create a 100% natural hand cream too.
Keep an eye out for gratitude based offerings, I feel this is my next calling.
I aspire to help as many people as possible who have walked similar paths to me. There really is light at the end of the tunnel and everyone deserves to see it!
Love, light and honesty, ALWAYS.
